How do I cancel service?
You may cancel your web hosting service at any time. Please contact our Technical Support Team with your cancellation request. Your request to Cancel services must be submitted 10 days prior to your billing date
Note: For your protection we require identification on all requests to cancel service. Request to cancel service must include either your server's password (the one we emailed you when you signed up) or the last 4-digits of the credit card you are using for billing your account.
