Something is stopping my email from downloading in Outlook and/or causing Outlook to hang

Spammers and hackers have found a new way to disrupt Outlook users. They have found that Outlook as well as Outlook express isn’t able to handle mails with an incorrectly formatted Message-ID header or just with a Received header.

These emails are obviously sent on purpose. However the messages do not violate RFC standards. This is the reason why our mail servers accept them – we use RFC standard fully compliant mail servers.

The messages are shown in your Webmail (as well as they can be downloaded by any other mail client like Mozilla). But Outlook hangs or the pop3 session is terminated unless the offending message is deleted from mailbox.

You can correct this problem by simply logging into your webmail facility with us and deleting the offending message/s.
